IDN Specifications

Overview

Range consists of 48 customizable models.

In accordance to the room temperature, the range is divided as follows:

  • IDN 4 for higher temperatures (≥ +2 °C) with 4 mm fin spacing
  • IDN 7 for medium, lower temperatures (≥ –25 °C) with 7 mm fin spacing, a defrost system version is recommended
  • IDN 10 for lower temperatures (≥–35 °C) with 10 mm fin spacing, a defrost system version is recommended
  • IDN 12 for lower temperatures (≥ –40 °C) with 12 mm fin spacing, a defrost system version is recommended

On request, the models can be equipped with non-standard: coils, defrosting, and fan motors.

Coil Features
The entire range is equipped with high efficiency coils made from special profile aluminum fins and smooth AISI304 stainless tube
Casing
Casing Features Made of a magnesium aluminum alloy, with a smooth finish covered by a plastic protection film
Fan Motors
The standard AC fan motors employed have the following features:
  • Ø 450 mm
  • fan motor module: from 1 to 3
  • external rotor
  • three-phase 400V/3/50 Hz
  • dual velocity
  • epoxy coated steel fan guard
  • Ø 560 mm
  • fan motor module: from 2 to 4

The optional high efficiency EC fan motors have the following features:

Defrost
Hot Gas Defrost system is available as an option , plase ask for other defrost systems
Wiring
The electric parts and casework are predisposed for grounding. The wiring of the heaters is carried out in separate IP 54 protection grade junction boxes
