AGL

Overview

Our AGL unit coolers are specifically designed for installations that use latest generation of A2L low GWP refrigerants. This range is particularly suitable for applications in which reduced air circulation is required, i.e. processing and preparation areas, climate control applications, treatment areas for fresh produce and other foodstuffs.

This range consists of 5 customizable models

On request the models can be equipped with non-standard coils, defrosting and fan motors

Coil Features
The entire range is equipped with high efficiency coils made from special profile aluminium fins and inner grooved copper tube, designed for A2L refrigerants. For the entire range 5 mm fin spacing, for room temperature ≥ –5 °C
Casing
Casing Features Made of a magnesium aluminum alloy, with a smooth finish covered by a plastic protection film
Fan Motors
The standard AC fan motors employed have the following features:
  • Ø 250 mm:
  • shaded pole
  • single-phase 230V/1/50-60Hz
  • fibre-glass charged polyamide fan guards
  • Ø 315 mm:
  • external rotor
  • single-phase 230V/1/50-60Hz
  • built-in electric capacitor

The optional high efficiency EC fan motors have the following features:

Defrost
The versions with standard electric defrost (ED) are equipped with stainless steel heaters with vulcanised terminals preset for 400V/3/50-60 Hz connection
Wiring
The electric parts and casework are connected to a grounding terminal. The wiring of motors and heaters is carried out in separate IP 54 protection grade junction boxes.
